A word from the Team-Rep:
Thank you all for a great season and the unprecedented support we received for our swimmers. Just before you pack up and leave on vacation make sure to complete an Evaluation and drop it in the SWIM TEAM EVALUATION box at the pool. Your comments are helpful and necessary to have an even better season next year. If you didn't receive one at the banquet I am attaching a .pdf file so that you can print the evaluation and place it in the box.
