Not listed on the RESC application form are the current Join Fee and Dues rates, as these could change from year to year.

For 2003, these are $250 for the non-refundable Join Fee, plus annual Dues of $415 (Family) $300 (Two Person household) and $255 (Single adult household). The fee for a listed Care Giver (whether or not they reside in the home) is $50. For anyone else, the daily Guest Fee applies and all guests must be accompanied by a Member.

-represents team at all league meetings and functions;
-holds seat on RESC Board, attending meetings;
-keeps track of the finances and approves all payments;
-directs everyone else on covering their functions;
-recruits more parent volunteers/ officials.
-chairs the weekly (or biweekly) parent committee meetings during the 9 week swim season.

what can you say . . . probably the hardest, most thankless job of all, and one of the most important (it's where we get all our money); whoever takes it on, they will need lots of help recruiting parent support.
- buying what's needed; keeping an inventory; coordinating with dive team;
- set up/take down food at meets/pep rallies
- staffing food sales;
- monitoring preparation/ pick up bagels, order pizza (for pep rallies and meets)
- work with Social coordinator if/when food/beverages are involved.

Swimmer Development Coordinator Sue Segars segarsj@aol.com

- monitors swimmers progress;
- organize swim clinics - scheduling the clinics, collecting the money
- keeping track of who is teaching what, when; keep track of swimmers at meet;
- works as liaison with coaching staff on swim development matters,
- setting up stroke and turn workshops for the Disqualified swimmers
- setting up extra workouts,
- supporting any swimmer development needs requested by coaches;
- work with pre-team parents;
- support (push) coaches in preparing mid-season
- facilitate swimmer evaluations

Automation and Records Keeper Bob/Nancy Gibbons gibby@patriot.net

- runs the computer and maintains the database of team swim records;
- keeps record case/board up to date (correct past errors and omissions as they are
discovered);
- generate reports each week for coaches/rep/swimmer development coordinator to
keep track of swimmers' progress (top time reports, time series data on declining
times for swimmers/events)
- provide information to Communications Coordinator for appropriate accolades.
- basically, provide the database feedback to help the team be managed more effectively, and measure its progress.
